What does pain mean?

Pain has always been a sign that something is not working correctly. If someone is having tightness in their chest or tingling in their arm, we would not recommend they ignore it. Emotional pain or distress is a sign something needs to change.

There are many types of ‘emotional pain’…

Sofia’s mother was worried when she stopped hanging out with her friends and was withdrawing more and more from everyone.
